Store Policies: Store Policies

Returns Policy

Our hope is that you are entirely satisfied with your new uniform, but if for any reason you need to return a garment we are here to help. We offer a 30 day returns policy that ensures that you have plenty of time to return any item that is unworn, in original packaging and in saleable condition.

We ask that items are returned in original packaging with labels attached. If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, we ask that you do so within 30 days of purchase. Returns made within 14 days will be fully refunded (by the method used to pay for the original transaction). Returns made after 14 days will be issued as a credit note against future purchases online or in-store. Returns outside the 30 day period will be at the discretion of The Friends of Park Lane Primary School Association.

This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment for products sold via the shop is taken by PayPal only. While we understand that not everyone has a PayPal account, there are some direct benefits for accepting payment this way:

[1] PayPal is secure and does not require the vendor (us) to know, manage or protect any financial details of our customers

[2] As a registered charity the transactions fee  for every purchase is refunded to the shop. This means we keep product prices as low as possible and not include these fee costs in the price we pass onto customers. Credit Card vendors will not waive their fees.
