At Park Lane Primary School Shop, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies detailed below to learn more, and reach out today with any questions.
Our hope is that you are entirely satisfied with your new uniform, but if for any reason you need to return a garment we are here to help. We offer a 60 day returns policy that ensures that you have plenty of time to return any item that is unworn, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
We ask that items are returned in original packaging with labels attached. If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, we ask that you do so within 60 days of purchase. Returns made within 14 days will be fully refunded (by the method used to pay for the original transaction). Returns made after 14 days will be issued as a credit note against future purchases online or in-store. Returns outside the 60 day period will be at the discretion of The Friends of Park Lane Primary School Association.
This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

We are primarily a charity selling Schoolwear and Sportswear, trading via a mix of Retail, School and Pop-up Shops, as well as Online through our website.
When we say “Customer,” we are referring to the person that is registered with us to buy products from us or use our services. With regards to “Service” we are referring to our products/software and physical services.
When we say “you,” we are referring either to a Customer or to some other person who visits our Website.
